I’m sorry if this is the wrong place to post this issue, but I’m having trouble submitting my programming assignment for week 4 of the Deep Learning Specialization course on Coursera, the grader is assigning a 0/100 even though that’s not possible

That means there is some error in your notebook that prevents the grader from running your code. For example, it could be a syntax error. Please show us what the grader says under the “Show grader output” link.
