@RaushanRaj There are no concrete guidelines on when can a neural network be regarded as “Deep”. It is like a moving target that shifts with time. Initially, more than one hidden-layered Neural Network was considered “Deep”. With the advent of modern neural networks like VGGNet, ResNet, Transformers, etc., even a vanilla three hidden-layered neural network can be considered “shallow” in 2021.
