DLS 2 week2 exercise 6 wrong value

I have double checked the equations, but still cannot figure out why I got the wrong values. They are not so wrong actually, they just deviate from the expected values by a very small margin, but is still marked incorrect.

My best guess is that the position of closing parenthesis for the last two may not be correct.
\epsilon is not part of square root term.
