DLS C4W2 Assignment 1 (residual networks) - kernel dies

I am running into an issue when I try to run the cell which fits the training data into the model, after running a few iterations, the kernel dies. I restarted the kernel multiple times but it did not resolve the issue.

I verified that all the test cases till compiling the model works fine for me.

Is this a known issue? If so, please let me know of any recommended workaround.

We are aware of this and will raise this issue with Coursera. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Meanwhile, you may submit your assignment as grader doesn’t need the output of your code.
