how did this error happen? and how can I solve it?? 
this line of code is not a graded line and the function of it is to load the VGG model parameters, and I did not change any thing in it!
This is a hardware error. There are lot’s of threads about this.
This is one of them. If you search “CUDA…” then, you can find lots…
The only one workaround for this is to restart a server (not just a kernel).
If you still have a problem, you will see this types of error.
We reported this issue to Coursera, and have been waiting for their action.
