Firstly, please know, it is against the honour code to share solution code publicly, which is why I have removed it from your post. You are free to share your errors. And I understand that in some cases it is required to look at the solution code, and for those instances, please wait for a mentor to first ask you to DM them regarding it.
As for the issue itself, you are using the wrong random function. Give the instructions another read, as it mentions which function to use. The difference is subtle.
