Getting the below error on submission of "Programming Assignment: Eigenvalues and Eigenvectors " all good seems to be running and all unit tests say passing. please assist.

I took a look at your notebook, and all the test-cases seem to be running fine. Looks like you might have changed something unintentionally in the notebook, that you were not supposed to change. Please follow the instructions in B5 of this thread, to get a fresh copy of your notebook. Let us know if this resolves your issue.
