Are you sure that you didn’t accidentally change that cell to be markdown instead of code?
Try doing this sequence:
Kernel -> Restart and Clear Output
Save
Cell -> Run All
Then carefully scan through the notebook and make sure everything ran successfully.
Often this sort of problem happens if you work on the notebook outside of Coursera Labs, and the metadata for a cell gets mangled such that the grader is not told to import that cell.

No, it’s not my situation, I worked everything inside the coursera website (jupyter).

Summary for those who find this thread later:
There appeared to be several internal issues with the student’s copy of the notebook. Ultimately the student downloaded a fresh copy of the notebook and completed the assignment successfully.
