When I try to submit the assignment I get this error,
All the unit tests have been passed.
When creating a post, please add:
- Week # must be added in the tags option of the post.

Hmm have you by any chance changed the name of the original assignment file? If not try to close an reopen the Coursera lab environment!
There is a known issue with submitting this assignment for grading. Course staff has been notified.

Thanks For the reply.
I tried these,
downloaded my file,
resetted the environment,
restarted the kernal,
rebooting the server,
updated lab to the latest etc.
after resetting I tried to submit without doing anything a raw file same exception occured.
there was another issue when I tried to get the latex pdf file there was an exception saying there is an internal server error.

You cannot fix it.
You can only wait for the problem to be fixed.
