Hi All,

What is the best contact phone number or email to contact customer service to help fix an error when I submit the assignment?

I am getting this error “Cell #2. I can’t compile the student’s code. Error: ModuleNotFoundError(“No module named ‘sklearn’”)” for lab C1_W2_Linear_Regression.ipynb. Lab id nrgudjguncqz

I have a week to finish the module, and I want to continue with the next module in the specialization.

There is no email or phone you can call.

Your best bet is to post a message on the forum, and hope someone can offer a suggestion.

To answer your specific issue, the assignment doesn’t use sklearn. So if you added code to your notebook that uses sklearn, that’s why the grader doesn’t accept it.

Thank you @Tmosh It was a plot from the original lab where a plot was using sklearn. I commented the code and I finally got my grade.
