This issue was fixed a couple of days go. You will need to use the new notebook file.

which new notebook? I am running into the same issue that OP described

When you visited the course assignment page, you should have seen a pop-up message that announced your old notebook had been renamed (to include the time and date stamp), and the new notebook would have been placed in your folder and opened for you in the Jupyter IDE.

You should see a code cell below the “1 - Packages” heading. What is the version number shown there?
