I am writing to report a persistent technical issue regarding the submission of Practice Building a Travel & Flight Optimization App.
Despite multiple attempts to upload and submit the assignment, I consistently encounter the same error message. For your reference, I am working on a Mac and using the Zen Browser.
I have already tried to follow up on an existing case related to this issue, but it seems there hasn’t been any progress or update on my specific situation yet.
I am concerned about falling behind due to this technical glitch, as I have the work ready to be reviewed.

I am not sure what could gave gone wrong in your case but lets try a few things:
Delete the current file or save it somewhere and then delete it so you have your solutions and then restore the the original version from the 3 dots on the top left (might require you to open the lab again, go to another video and then back in the Lab):
