Dear Support Team,

I am writing to report a persistent technical issue regarding the submission of Practice Building a Travel & Flight Optimization App.

Despite multiple attempts to upload and submit the assignment, I consistently encounter the same error message. For your reference, I am working on a Mac and using the Zen Browser.

I have already tried to follow up on an existing case related to this issue, but it seems there hasn’t been any progress or update on my specific situation yet.

I am concerned about falling behind due to this technical glitch, as I have the work ready to be reviewed.

I´m sharing some screenshot, if it´s needed or help you to understand better the issue.

I am open to any requests or instructions you may have to help move this forward. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Have you tried a different browser?

Thank you for your idea, I just tested with Safari, and the system show me the same message error… :frowning:

Hopefully a mentor or staff for your course will stop by soon.

I am not sure what could gave gone wrong in your case but lets try a few things:

Delete the current file or save it somewhere and then delete it so you have your solutions and then restore the the original version from the 3 dots on the top left (might require you to open the lab again, go to another video and then back in the Lab):

I wonder if the grader gives any other feedback from what you shown.

Next step if this doesn’t work sent me your file in a message I would like to have a look at your solution!
