Is it location / Timezone dependent ?
I don’t believe this issue is related to time zones. However, it may be affected by your browser or VPN usage. I recommend using Google Chrome and disabling any VPN you may have enabled.
Additionally, please try using incognito mode, as sometimes your own AWS account session or cached data can lead to unexpected behavior.
If you are still facing issues after trying these steps, please let me know so I can escalate the matter to QA for further investigation.
In addition to Gent’s advice, please also avoid using workplace laptops/networks. Sometimes, errors that we can’t reproduce are resolved when a learner switches to a personal device.
