Global Exec and Lawyer transitioning to advise and design AI strategies to shape and support the future of organizations and work

I’m Tracie Hall - while most executives are trying to force AI into existing organizational structures, I want the role to design organizations from the ground up to harness AI’s true potential.

My unconventional background: JD + MS Information Systems + Global People/Talent Strategy + 20 years architecting global organizational strategies for Fortune 500s across 150+ countries. I’ve witnessed every way traditional hierarchies, compliance frameworks, and talent systems break down at scale - which is why I see AI as the key to building fundamentally superior organizational architectures.

Here’s my take, instead of only asking “How do we ensure our AI is globally compliant?” my ask is “How do we architect AI-native organizational structures that eliminate the root causes of compliance and talent failures across jurisdictions?”

The future belongs to organizations that embrace AI-augmented, dynamically adaptive structures, where AI and humans collaborate so seamlessly that traditional compliance becomes irrelevant, and talent excels.

I’m not here to learn how to regulate AI within existing org charts, I’m here to collaborate with innovators who are building the post-hierarchical, globally intelligent organizations that will dominate the next economy.
