I am stuck at 70% completion on my week 3 lab
When attempting to update my Auto Scaling Group instance to “Latest” after creating the t3.nano Auto Scaling Group, I receive an error when I press the Update button, which says I do not have access to update.
Can you share a picture? Perhaps you are trying to change the policy, instead you should delete the old policy and create the new one with the specifications described in the lab
I’m having a different problem now. It appears I have insufficient data. I can’t recreate the original issue with my account in this state.
Did you try to start from scratch by following the specifications of the lab?
Do you mean that we have to wait for the 2h time to expire and the whole set-up will be cleaned and we could start afresh?
Yes, I closed out of the AWS environment, pressed “Start Lab” , waited for the AWS Green light on the lab instruction page, pressed AWS button again and same thing. I am trying again now.
Hello again. I realized my mistake was picking a t2.nano launch template instead of a t3.nano. Once I selected the correct type I was able to do the rest without any trouble. Thanks for the help with troubleshooting.
