Hi, hope you’re all doing well. I’ve been working in conversational AI for 6+ years. I owned my own conversational ai consultancy then sold that and I now work at a large online travel agency in the UK where we use LLM, NLU etc a lot. So conversational automations are my passion! I even recently completed a book about the topic: ChatGPT for Conversational AI and Chatbots.
I’ve done a few of the short DeepLearning.ai courses and I’m not doing the Generative AI with LLMs course via Coursera to improve my overall knowledge of the field. Always learning, always trying to keep up (always a losing battle I feel lol).
