It is showing Grade Received: 0%, but what is the error?
You have edited or removed part of the section of grade cell UNQC1 which you were not suppose to. get a fresh copy and re-do the assignment by only writing codes between ###START AND END CODE HERE###
Do not remove any instructions outside of this marker. also do not delete any cell or edit any other cell for successful for grading.

The cell with the sigmoid() function should start like this:
If you deleted the # UNQ_C1 line, you can re-enter it.

that was exactly it, I put # UNQ_C1
and it worked 100%
