can someone explain to me how load data managed to produce so many sets of data? or is it just part of the data it was loading to return so many sets of data?

2nd, why is the uvs,ivs,u_s,i_s and num_user/item set to some value ? i see the comment but i dont understand how does it achieve any of that

You can read the load_data function in the utilities file.

Those values depend on the exact setup of that dataset.
