Just upload the subtitle file as they do for other video files.

Or could you please tell me which software they use for extracting subtitles from videos? That would be fine too.

I always encounter errors when extracting subtitles using Gemini.

The subtitle thing you are talking about is related to Coursera and its UI. I don’t know how to they do things behind the scenes.
