I recently had come across a story where young boy fell in love with ai generated influencer, and couldn’t take rejection from the airport generated chatbot stating I believe I do not have ability to feel 
and the boy got so upset that he took his own life.
How does one prevent such situations?
Another incident where a student had a bad day, seek some information on how to overcome depression, the ai chatbot response was to take his own life.
So is it good for companies to remove a complete customer care support to an AI chatbot? or this should come with providing basic response and handle complex human situations by home sapiens only.
Companies should disclose that artificial intelligence can inadvertently create harmful or misleading content at any time. We know that these errors cannot be detected with 100% accuracy. Parents also have a responsibility to supervise their children. In the past, the Dragon Ball anime caused a child to jump out of a window and the series was banned. A few years later it was rebroadcast in most countries. The fairy tale was not to blame. It was computer games that were said to be harmful to children. Yet today, all children play them and it’s not a problem. People need to be taught to use these things consciously. It is often human negligence and ignorance that is the problem. Artificial intelligence is not the problem. You have to be aware that AI can make mistakes.
