Hi, I cannot download the folder containing subfolders and individual image files. There is no option to download. You have to download each and every image individually, which is extremely tedious. Please see the pic, there is no option to download.
double click family folder will open the next subfolder and the same procedure mentioned above.
But clicking the right mouse and download file as option will also download the whole family folder
Even with right click, there is no option to download the family folder or subfolders. Currently download is possible at file level only not at folder level. At least I cannot find it. 
Can you post the screenshot, how you do it? That might help.
you need to open the folder to get to the subfolder. To open the folder family clicking double time would open the subfolder
