How to access jupyter notebook which is discussed in deep learning specialization course
For each week that has a programming assignment, there will be a link to the assignment. That will take you to a page that looks like this:
From there, you click the “Work in Browser” link to open the notebook.
One thing to note is that the assignments here are behind the paywall: you will not be able to open the notebooks unless you are paying to take the course or have gotten Financial Aid.
