How to apply regularization in Linear Regression

can it be applied regularization in Linear Regression model
if yes, can you show me by sklearn

Yes!
Ridge and Lasso are two regularized linear models in sklearn. There is also ElasticNet, which is a combination of both Ridge and Lasso.

I suggest searching for these models in sklearn’s official documentation.
