I have problem playing the two dropout videos in the second programming assignment (Regularization) of the first week of Practical Aspects of Deep Learning course:

They work fine for me (Chrome and Firefox with Win10), so they’re not completely broken.

Perhaps your browser is using an extension or security tool that is blocking the video widget.

Safari has a lot of issues with courses delivered by Coursera.

I use chrome but I can’t neither open nor download them (File wasn’t available on site)…

If you’re referring to these two videos, they are playing for me without any issues.

(I’m currently using Win10 on a PC with Firefox, but I am certain Chrome would also work fine).

Perhaps there is an issue with your internet provider, firewall, or proxy server.
