I have enrolled to the 3 month course of Mathematics for Machine Learning and Data Science Specialization, but only paid for 1 month of subscription. Now my subscription period is over. Im enrolled to the course but cant resubscribe, when i click on the “Upgrade to Submit” nothing happens, no payment window opens.
You will need to contact the Coursera Learner Help center.
First go to your course page, unroll the course, if your subscription has ended. Then try to re-enroll to the course.
Also I didn’t understand the statement when you mentioned you “enrolled for 3 months course but paid only for 1-month”???
As far as I remember if you have enrolled, you would get payment notification for payment at the end of the month, if you missed the payment and didn’t extend the deadline, that would have cause this issue as I can see you are still at week 2 of course 1 of M4ML specialisation.
Make sure you provide all the detail information when you raise your issue at Coursera Learner Help Center.
