Importing image to use without google colab

how I can import the image to the jupyter notebook for the humans vs. horses exercise using python without google colab?

In the previous course we used this code below, but it doesn’t work since we are not using colab:

from google.colab import files

uploaded = files.upload()

You need to upload the file and store it in the subtree with the notebook from which you want to access it. Then you need to write the python code to open the file and read the contents, which may well depend on what the format of the file is. You can find examples of how to do that by looking at the utility python code in the various files they provide us. Click “File → Open” from the notebook and have a look around. There is a topic about that on the FAQ Thread.
