Hi Team,

I am facing the below issue, tried it multiple times since yesterday:
ReadTimeout: (ReadTimeoutError(“HTTPSConnectionPool(host=‘cdn-lfs.hf.co’, port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=10)”), ‘(Request ID: b5ad8989-819e-40e1-9f4c-3ba3b11614f7)’)

when running the code:

Hi Chris, we have a deadline of completing this lab by this week, if not resolved will we be provided certificate based on other passed submission

Hi Nid. You can submit the lab even without completing it. Just open it and use the Submit button at the top to get a grade. With that, you should be able to get a certificate. You can go back later and take the lab properly once the issue is fixed (assuming your subscription is still active). No news yet from our partners but will follow up. Thanks.

Hi! I just checked and it should be unlocked now. Can you try clearing your cache or using a private session/Incognito mode in your browser?

Hi! Please see my reply above. Also, you mentioned “Labs” but only Week 1 should have been locked. If you see Week 2 or Week 3 also being locked, please let me know. Thanks.
