Good news! The issue should now be fixed. I tested it and all 3 labs can load the datasets and models. However, if you just tried the lab within the last 2 hours, you might still encounter the error because you’re still in a previous session. I recommend waiting at least another 2 hours before you relaunch the lab from the classroom to make sure that that session is successfully terminated. I know that’s not ideal, and we’ll think of better ways to handle active labs.
If you see the Week 1 lab as locked, please try clearing your cache or using a private session/Incognito mode in your browser.
If you see other messages when clicking the Start Lab button, please check item 8 of the FAQ and fill out the form accordingly.

Hi. Have you tried clearing your cache or using Incognito? Also, if you have another browser (e.g. Firefox, Edge, etc.) where you haven’t logged in from Coursera, perhaps you can also try it there just to be sure. Hi Chris, firstly thank you for your helps. Yes, by Labs I mean my labs from Week 1 and Week 2 are all locked. But the lab from Week 3 is not locked for some reason. (Just checked this using a new browser)
