Hello, when attempting Lab 1 (“Generative AI Use Case: Summarize Dialogue”), I encountered an AccessDeniedException for datazone:ListDomains upon launching the AWS environment. Now the lab status shows completed/locked, and I cannot access it. Could a mentor please help reset or look into this attempt?
Hello! It’s possible that the issue is related to one of the lab steps not being followed exactly as described in the instructions.
Could you please share a screenshot of the AccessDeniedException error? Also, let us know at which step of the lab it occurs.
One more question: did you wait for the AWS status indicator (the AWS dot/light) to turn green before opening the AWS Console? Opening the console before the environment is fully provisioned can sometimes lead to permission-related errors.
Sorry, sir. The allotted time has been completed, and I forgot to take a screenshot. Could you please reset that lab for me? and I wait until the status was set to green, then I went to AWS console panel by cliking AWS icon.
Please try opening the lab again today. Make sure to wait until the status indicator turns green before clicking the AWS icon to open the AWS Console. Then, follow the instructions provided in the lab carefully.
