Lab button is not loading

I have refreshed my page multiple time but hit with this same problem what shall i do?

Hi. Can you post the coursera link to the lab you’re loading? Also, have you tried this in a different browser?

Same issue here.

https://www.coursera.org/learn/generative-ai-with-llms/gradedLti/loNJu/lab-1-generative-ai-use-case-summarize-dialogue

Tried to load with MS Edge and Google Chrome.

I see. Will report this to Coursera tomorrow at the start of the week. Will update here asap. Thank you for reporting.

By the way, there is an ongoing expiration time. Is it possible to renew it given that it is impossible to start the lab?

Hi. If you’re referring to the deadline, that is simply a soft deadline set by Coursera. You can simply join the next session or just continue doing the lab with no repercussions at all. You will retain all your progress.

Hi. Can you confirm if the error persists till now? It might be a temporary bug given the error message. Also, are you using a work laptop or network? If so, can you try on a personal device/network? Sometimes those cause issues because of work security settings.

Hello. Cleared cache and still not working. Both MS Edge and Chrome.

Tried both work and personal notebook/network, already. And just tried with my personal notebook/network again. Same issue.

Copy. Reported to Coursera. Will update you when I hear back from them. Thanks.

Hello again. Heard back from our contact in Coursera. Are you taking the course via an enterprise subscription? That seems to be the problem and not the course settings from our end. He advised you to reach out via the Learner Help Center because they are better equipped to handle this case. This page might be useful. Let them know that you already contacted the course staff and this is an enterprise program issue that only Coursera can handle. Maybe you also have a contact in your workplace (i.e. the one who issues the subscription) that can coordinate with Coursera.

You can send them a link to this Forum thread so they can have more context. Let me know how it goes. Thank you.
