Lab week 3; error in the Dynamic scaling policies part

I keep getting the error shown in the screenshot so I cannot create create dynamic scaling policy and I cannot passe the lab (only 70% as the dynamic scaling policy is 30%) do you know why this error appear? I will try to do the lab another time. but I was not able to pass the lab due to this issue and I could not fix this issue either. Thank you!

I did the lab the next day and it worked. But I still do not know the reason. Anyway all good now. thanks
