LAB3 Error: Not able to start AWS Lab : Your total lab spend of $20.4 has exceeded the total budget of $20."

Dear Mentor,

I have been trying to run this lab 3, but was getting stuck at the Toxicity Evaluator Cell. Yesterday I received a reply to select instance type of ml.m5.2xlarge . Today as I started the AWS lab. I am not allowed to start as its giving a message “Your total lab spend of $20.4 has exceeded the total budget of $20.” Kindly help, as I have finished all the quiz and assignments. I am left with this lab assignment.
