Lab 2: Your total lab spend of $21.301586 has exceeded the total budget of $20

Hi,

I believe I have exceeded the budget for lab 2 (sorry was not aware there was a limit). I have tried this multiple times and since it takes long time to load and train the model, I did get logged out several times. I was able to finish the lab in my last login, but, did not submit it in the system at that time. I was trying to just start and submit the lab today, but, I am getting this error: Your total lab spend of $21.301586 has exceeded the total budget of $20. Could somebody please help reset this momentarily, so, I could submit the lab for grading? I will keep this in mind on the next labs.

i also have same issue and submitted the form.

I am facing the same issue

as this user for LAB3 . I am not able to complete the Generative AI with Large Language Models in coursera as Lab 3 doesn’t start up. Please help as course will expire 16-Jan-26 and I will get zero credits just due to one lab.

You have replied on a thread that has been cold for 2 years.
I recommend you start a new thread for your question.

You still facing the same issue? Try to open the lab in incognito mode of the browser!

Thanks, tried removing all cookies, temp files, tried chrome, edge in regular and incognito mode but unfortunately its not working.

There was this form a while ago for this issue!

Got this pop up when I tried accessing lab today, also emailed support@vocareum.com.Not able to fill form as my company security disallows it under security policy.

I think there is currently an issue with AWS servers, as I am seeing posts in the forum. But if the issue is in your exceeding billing and you are not able to fill the form, I am not sure, maybe I can join here @chris.favila to offer some alternative solution!

Thanks for the form, just submitted it from my mobile device with my coursera email id and my user name here with Lab3 issue, hope it gets resolved.

Hi. Thank you for submitting the form. You should be able to access the lab now. As for the “Lab information is missing” message, that is a new one and you might see it again. That shouldn’t block you from starting the lab though. We’ve reported this to Vocareum and waiting to hear back. It was the budget issue that’s preventing your previous attempts, and it should now be fixed. Hope this helps.
