Law protection data

Hi everyone,

Technologies such as ChatGPT improve your response performance based on input data during your execution too, right? Dubt: if I’ll use sensible data to input in the question prompt, of ChatGPT for example, my data can be exposed in the future in some response of this model, or there are rules to not expose data, respecting data protection law?

Hi @Vanessa_Borba

Welcome to the community.

In theory, when we interacting with AI models like ChatGPT, it’s important to know that they don’t store personal data provided in the conversation. They are designed to respect user privacy and confidentiality.

Their primary function is to provide information and answer questions to the best of their knowledge and abilitie. If there are any concerns about privacy or data security, rest assured that these models are designed to comply with privacy laws and regulations, including data protection laws.

So, sensitive data won’t be exposed in future responses. Of course It’s always a good practice not to share sensitive information online whenever possible.

I hope this help

Best regards
