Hi, @MuhammadAbuBakar for me, what works the most is teaching people, finding or creating a study group, and offering to teach ML concepts that you learn, or posting about what you learn on social media, or creating articles. This helps you to think more deeply about the material, plus understand the gaps in your knowledge.
This worked for me, and I think you can try and see if it works for you too.
