what do you mean by CC info and willing to pay?
willing to pay and paid subscription are two different things.
Anyways this error is not related to payment issue, but you submitting assignment without without saving your work environment.
But remember even if you complete the assignment, you will still not get certificate.
âccâ probably means âcredit cardâ?
okay but the next part mentioning willing to pay, doesnât confirm payment done right?
i thought cc from mailing perspective ![]()
but this error is because he has not saved worked environment before submission. many learners of this course have reported similar error with resolution when saving their code environment
Thank you for the reply. I believe this issue is not related to saving my work.
When I click on the âM2 Graded Lab,â I do not see any notebook or link that redirects to a notebook. Since there was no visible way to proceed, I clicked the âSubmitâ button assuming it would lead me to the lab, but it did not.
I have just started the 7-day free trial, so I suspect this may be related to trial access restrictions. If graded lab submission is not allowed during the trial period, it would be helpful if this limitation were clearly communicated in the course interface. As mentioned earlier, I am willing to proceed with payment during the trial and would like to complete the course as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you, Deepti, or the TMosh team can help resolve this. I appreciate your support in clarifying and addressing the issue. Thanks!
Free trial gives only access to videos and not assignment. So you need to pay for pro subscription to complete your assignment
But my badge was showing as âProâ. Please check the image.
Well, now, I have paid and skipped the free trial (an hour back), I am still not seeing the notebook. Maybe I should wait for sometime to get the information reflected. But this is for sure not a good customer experience, even after the payment.
I tried to logout and log back in. Nothing has changed.
The badge just means you have Pro access from signing up. It doesnât mean you are also a paid-up member.
How long ago did you make the payment? It can take some time to be processed.
An hour back.
I believe thatâs too soon.
Yes, you are right. I am able to see the notebook now. Thanks!
Thatâs good news, thanks for the update.
