As you can see X2 dot products should be 0.5775, 0.27 and 0.1525. Not sure what happened cause next day X3 ends up correct but X2 adds up to 0.5575+0.27+0.1525= 0.84275

Good spot! you are absolutely right.
There are visual typos on this slide for the X_2 calculation
The slide shows 0.5575 as you noticed and the correct calculation is
Also the slide mistakenly displays an extra zero as 0.01525, whereas it should be:
When using the correct values ({0.5775} + {0.27} + {0.1525}) the total adds up to 1.0 so which making it a valid probability distribution vector.
