MLS - Course 3 - Error loading Week 2 Practice labs (both 1 and 2)

Hi Eddy and Raymond,

I am getting an error when I try to open either of the practice labs in Week 2 of MLS Course 3. While the error says “please check if you are logged in”, I am sure I am logged in as I can access all the other content. Can you please help!!

I am having the same issue, cannot access any lab. I bought the course and I tried logging in and out nothing works, I will be mailing the support instead

Hi Satish,

Please do check this out. Sometimes the step 2 helps. Otherwise, as @Manikya_Dwivedi says, I am afraid you need to contact Coursera because they manage your account and access.
