Are we talking about C4W4 Capstone Project Part 2 - Data Quality and Orchestration and Visualization?
I confirm, the lab opens extremely slowly. But I think it’s a Coursera issue, so unfortunately we can’t help.

I am currently unable to access the AWS Management Console within the lab environment. It appears that the AWS budget allocated for this session has been exceeded, which is preventing the console from launching.
