Hello, @Andrew_Paul_Baxter, @vishnya
It seems there is the same problem in other labs of the course because of the database version. Sorry for the inconvenience the engineers are working on this. Thank you
Thank you for reporting this issue. Unfortunately, we discovered an issue with the database setup (due to version deprecation). This issue impacted all the labs of course 4 and the troubleshooting assignment of course 2. The team is working on fixing the issue. We expect to fix all the issues by January 17. We left a note about it in each week of course 4. We’ll keep you updated when each lab becomes available. Thank you for your patience! Apologies for any inconvenience!
Thanks for the update. I understand that stuff goes wrong in software development. However, given that we are effectively stalled for around 8 days, can we get some credit on our subscriptions?
Hi Yes I agree with Andrew_Paul_Baxter some compensation should be provided. The length of this delay is quite appalling given how much we are being charged per month (£37) for this specialization/course. I am very dissapointed as one of the reasons I use Coursera/Deeplearning.ai courses is due to their reliability.
Seems like most of the labs don’t connect to AWS anymore. Would be great to fix this quickly, my subscription will be renewed tonight and I don’t want to pay again just for the final lab …
Here’s an update: the access to capstone labs Part I and Part II has been fixed. The team is working on fixing the remaining labs. I’ll keep you posted when any lab will become available. We appreciate your patience!
We understand your concerns and we forwarded them to Coursera. We appreciate your patience in the process! Thank you.
Hello Everyone - Thank you all for your patience! The access to all labs of course 4 has been fixed.
Thank you so much for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience!
