My laptop does not have a GPU so can I use Azure notebooks to make the model? The handbook says that we can experiment with models on cloud and need to define, train and save models in PyCharm.
You could use azure or maybe Colab from google, or any other cloud provider.

Can I make the whole model in azure and just load and submit on PyCharm?
You can try I havent tried that.
You can use google colab. It is a good tool

I passed the exam! I used Azure VM for experimenting but it we can use only azure also just save the model and paste into the environment. Considering the amount I practiced the exam was easy
