I am about to finish the Specialization ,and I am still confused about how we can Structure the Network , Like determine the hidden layers and its units , is it all about testing and try a different numbers everytime .

On other hand , for a beginner , is it ok for now to avoid structure my own network , and copy network structure from different resources like papers,etc

For a beginner might be better to start at someones else’s work surely but also try to experiment yourself as well.
