Hello. In the specialization course 2, week 1-regualization, given that the matrix dimension W is ( n[L] , n[L-1] ) , why the first sigma ( which refer to row) is from (i=1) to ( n[L-1]) and the second sigma (which refer to column) is from (j=1) to ( n[L]). Shouldn’t i and j be replaced?

Good catch. If you check the reading just before the video, you will see that this correction is pointed out

Ooops, thanks for mentioning that. I supposed that the readings are just summary of the upcoming video, and I skipped them all.
