I resolved the issue. I was missing m = X.shape[1] in my parameters.

For future reference, please note that the mentors and fellow students cannot directly look at your account or your notebooks: only the course staff can do that. So providing the lab ID is not generally useful. Does no harm, of course, but not really any good either.
