Not able to download image segmentation with U net assignment workspace files

I have tried to download files of this assignment by creating .rar file at workspace that we usually do to download assignment files but it is not working. I have followed all the steps at- Download Jupyter Workspace files – Coursera Help Center
but still not able to download.

Tried the steps mentioned in downloading multiple files on this page but for this particular assignment, those commands are not working on that kernel. Please help me with downloading this particular assignment.
