OpenAI key is working in jupyter notebook but when I’m trying to use access the API in PyCharm/other then its says “You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.” although I haven’t used the key.
What should I do in this case?

Try going at chatgpt website and create and account and a new key to use, you need a different key from the default one on our platform.
