Hi! I am experiencing problems with the platform. Videos don’t load and the course user interface seems to be broken. This is happening only in this course. I waited some days to see if this would be fixed but it is still not working.
Yes, the video in “ChatGPT Prompt Engineering for Developers → Guidelines” doesn’t load in my computer as well.

- Make sure that there is no AntVirus/VPN affecting your network connection

- Restore the browser to the fresh installation state in order to ensure that there is no extension/add-on or even a cache affecting the lab
- Try another browser
