Platform not working

Hi! I am experiencing problems with the platform. Videos don’t load and the course user interface seems to be broken. This is happening only in this course. I waited some days to see if this would be fixed but it is still not working.

Yes, the video in “ChatGPT Prompt Engineering for Developers → Guidelines” doesn’t load in my computer as well.

We can try some troubleshottings in order to isolate the issue:

  • Logout and log back in
  • Make sure that there is no AntVirus/VPN affecting your network connection
    1. Restore the browser to the fresh installation state in order to ensure that there is no extension/add-on or even a cache affecting the lab
  • Try another browser

If you already complete this steps and the issues still persist, we have to report this individually since it is not a general issue.
