Unable to see videos or content of the course


I’ve just create an account and enroll in the course, but no video is displayed in any section of the course. I can see the transcript but not the video.

Any solution?

You can try the following ways :

  1. Could you kindly clear the caches from the browser and try again.
  2. If it doesn’t work, try once using a different browser.

If issue still persists, let me know which OS and browser you are using.
And could you kindly share a screenshot so that I can share it with the team to fix it.

@nilosreesengupta I have shared the screenshots from my end. I am not able to watch the videos either from my phone or laptop. I tried with both chrome as well as safari. I am able to watch till the video titled “Summarizing”

Following your instruction I have tried in Chrome, Firefox and Bing. Any of them could display the videos. I was going to add the screenshots but are the same as shown by the previous user lolet03

Also note - we just made a fix to our CDN servers, so if you refresh the browser window the video should start working more consistently.

I’m getting the same issue. Tried multiple browsers and refreshing the browser window. Nothing works.

I have the same issue. chrome, firefox, edge they all don’t allow me to play the videos in the site.
I use lenovo PC. You don’t put any restrictions on PCs from Chinese maker, right?

By the way, if I open the video in a different tab/window, I can play the video, but I cannot enable captions.

I had the same problem with not working videos. I solved it using VPN service. My current locations is Ukraine.

The error is caused because the video is loaded from a different server than the one running the website. Because of this Cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) mechanism, browsers make the videos inaccessible. By default, modern browsers do not allow such content to load because it poses a security risk.
