Click on the blue “new topic” button on the top of the category you want to post in

Category in which you are posting
Tags to add to your post
Text box to add content

Some categories will have a template present when you open a draft
This will guide you on how to add your post in that specific category
Before you write your post, delete the template

You can either search by typing in the search bar or scroll to find the correct category.
Be sure to save your changes by clicking on the check mark box.
