Are you running in the Coursera environment? What browser are you using? It is working for me using Chrome. Possibly you need to disable pop-up blockers if you have them. Here’s another post with some suggestions for a similar problem:

C1_W1_lab04 Can't see the output plot

When exploring the C1_W1_lab04 “Optional Lab: Cost Function”, I simply ran the cell code, which is supposed to output an interactive plot. But the actual output is just as the following pictures – no plot, only text. [Screenshot from 2022-07-23 18-21-27] So what should I do to make the interactive plot display normally？
